Skills, Transitioning & Employment Pathways to Success or S.T.E.P.S. is a nonprofit organization in Deer Park, TX We are focused on assisting adults and children with intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities to find meaning through vocational training, educational opportunities, employment, and community engagement. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to share their individual talents with the world.
Our Programs
All proceeds go toward our mission of providing young adults the opportunity to explore their unique individual talents and gain confidence through vocational training and employment. Every product sale provides our young adults with hands on vocational training and the opportunity to earn an income.
