S.T.E.P.S. provides educational experiences, vocational training, volunteer opportunities, employment opportunities, and community events to children and adults with disabilities. Every product sale provides our young adults with hands on vocational training and the opportunity to earn an income.
Did you know that 15% of the world's population has some form of disability? That is one billion people! One billion people with unique abilities and talents. Imagine how the world could change if they were all given the opportunity to join the workforce.

Did you know you can make a difference every time you shop at Kroger? Simply logon to your account on the Kroger website. Click on the My Account feature, then scroll down and click the Community Rewards button. Search for "Skills Transitioning & Employment Pathways" and add it to your card! Once you have confirmed your choice, we will begin receiving donations on your behalf from Kroger!
